By creating an account on MadeLive (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Account and Trial

You may create one account per business. New accounts receive a free 30-day trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription plan.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in connection with a legitimate photo magnet photography business. You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer your account without written permission.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

After your free trial, continued access requires a paid plan. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform, including customer information and photos. We process your data solely to provide the service. We will not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Uptime and Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance. Support is provided via email during business hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MadeLive’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
