• Customer data: Order information and photos uploaded by your customers through your storefront. You control this data.
• Payment information: Billing is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: Logs, performance metrics, and error reports to keep the platform running reliably.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the MadeLive platform
• To send service-related communications (account alerts, billing notices)
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share it with:

• Service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery)

4. Data Retention
